How were these people not arrested? Arent there international laws against threatening to bomb an airplane? How were they not thrown in a Thai jail? This makes no sense.

那几个人怎么能不被拘捕呢？国际法难道不禁止人威胁炸飞机吗？他们怎么会不被关到泰国的监狱里呢？这真是不知所谓。
